Happy New Year 2022 :- Doable Resolutions for the year

         Hello Friends , welcome to creativity and info world page. Happy new year 2022 !!
                  As New year is the new beginning of something that we have not done yet , it is the starting point of a year of our precious life. We get a 365 pages notebook of precious days , only we are the writer of our story. At the very starting of the year , everyone should make some resolutions ,some rules to follow till end of the year. But we all are aware of the real fact we do.
            In this Discussion ,  I'm going to share some reliable or you can say do able things to do . Some of them I started early and some are from my routine. So , I hope you will follow them. 
1. Only 1 Minute Exercise a day :-
        Wake up early in the morning accordingly your plan of sleep in night . Ideally everyone should sleep 6-7 hr .  After  you get up , First make your bed. Then start 1min Exercise that you like (any two) for 30-30 seconds . Perform any two of the below exercise posture. 
But remember that,  After every day increase your time with only 1 min. After a month you will find that your exercise time is increased to 30 Min. This is the brain hack..!! Brain like to perform small things , suddenly starting exercise of 30 min is not doable,as brain always resist any change that you make  , unless and untill you have fixed mindset. 

2. Read  2-3 Pages of  Book  Daily :- 
   Reading is the main raw material to boost our knowledge. I'm suggesting reading books which are out of your syllabus , read motivational, fictional , financial books that can add some knowledge daily. As we all known that "Many drops , makes shower" . Similarly , Reading 2-3 pages of books daily ultimately makes complete one book till a month end , and the end of the year you will be a reader of 12 Books..!! This Books will definitely make some changes in your personality that will reflect in your future.

3. Explore New Hobbies:-       As the time is running out , we have no time for ourselves. Mechanically we perform work like a machine from  morning till night. To make our day  some unique , we  must perceive our hobbies . Get some time to spend with ourselve. Any hobby you like, that makes you fill happy like listening music, dancing , meditation  ,  Instead of scrolling on phone , you can watch some knowledge videos that makes you wise. Exploring your hobby , passion , Will definitely Make  not to feel you regret after the time passed , and you bound to your family in future. 

4. Drink More water Daily :- 
I think , this is not the much big point to speak upon. But  this is the research based fact that , 3-4% of kidney failure patients are the victim of not drinking enough water. Drinking 3-4 litre of water daily will make your body hydrated and will boost the glow of your face. Our brain also get charged by drinking water , as it is the best source of oxygen. To do that , you May use your alarm app for this , set Hourly alarm of drinking 1 glass of water every time alarm rings . At the end of the day you will find you have consumed 12-15 glass of water which is enough for your body. Try this for 21 days , after that it will be a part of your habit. 

5. Get Attach with Nature :
   Nature is the  best place Where you can feel yourself, know your ' Self '. Nature have that healing power , that is not available in any medicine. Every small things we observe in nature gives us a vibe to sustain the situation in which we are. It gives us strength to face any problem of life. You will be surprised by fascinating views of nature.  Remember that " Nature is Future". The solution of every problem that we can't share with anybody or cant hold it. Just go and attach the nature , After all we are also the part of nature . 

6. Make Bucket list of the things to do :- 
        Every day we do lot of works but at the end we also forget the important one. To avoid that , we should make the list of things to do tomorrow.Make sure you make the list at last night , which will make your morning a sorted one. I'm doing things from my  Schooling time. You can similarly make the Bucket  list of things you want to achieve till the end of this year. Which will charged up you to do work time to time.Evaluate this list at the end of the year. You will gain confidence from this , to do much better next time.

7 . Be Financially literate,. Make Saving plan :- 
 
      Saving is the best way to avoid the regret in future for financial stability.  Make yourself financial literate, Because now a days their is no way to relay on only one source of income. You should make multiple sources for the better future. Gain some knowledge about Stock Market, sensex , Nifty , investment, mutual funds because this is the need of time.
Make long term investment after you will get well knowledge of it.
#Fact :- If you save 15000rs per month for 15 Year on  supposing 15% of annual return , at the end of 15 Years you will get 1Crore rupees , which you can't make by saving in banks or anything else. Similarly if you invest same amount for 30 Years on same annual return you will get 10 Crore rupees...!
Think on it, rather than regretment.

8. Get in touch with Music :- 
  
 Similar to Nature , Music is also have much healing power which is not present in any thing. Now a days psychiatrics uses the special nodes of music for healing and recovery of psychologically imbalanced patients. Their are many Trending types of music like soft music , lofi music , dark music , instrumental music etc. Every types have their own touch. Many of us like to listen music , I'm also the part of one who feel it By heart. Music makes strong to your wiring in brain and gives you refreshment. In every part of the universe their is a some kind of music. Listening 15 Minutes a wordless music will makes your day  great. You can listen motivational music in morning to give a boost to your day.

9. Write Yourself :- 
     
  
    Writing your own diary of the day Makes you feel stressless and light . You can also write your ideas , your experiences ,your view on particular situation. This will make you wise. 
Writing is the best way to express yourself in front of you. You will find , inclination of your thoughts about the future , nature , things you observe around you. This will make you a unique person .
