A 41 year old lady , FRANCES HAUGEN ex- employee of Facebook , resigns on May 2021 from company from the post of project manager and the membership of civic integrity committee established to counter the election interference . HAUGEN resign with the thousands of document's and the internal data from the company to reveal the reality towards the world.
With this huge amount of data , Haugen approach to the famous journal WALL STRIT JOURNAL . The Wall strit journal organized the committee to analysed this huge data , they appoint Washington post, the newyork times ,CNN etc and other 17 world trusted news agencies for the investigation and analysis of data.with this data Haugen file 8 complaints against Facebook and testify this information in front of UN SECURITY AND EXCHANGE COMMISSION and give statement about the same.

From the analysis and investigation of huge data following points are come out :-
1) Facebook spreads HATE SPEECH and produces MISS INFORMATION:-
Researchers state that , Facebook spread extremist violence post , anti muslim post in India.
The algorithm of facebook is linked with the extremists post . The violence post , anti Muslim post are spread in India , which can cause riots and violence in country.
#How Does researchers Found it ..?
Researchers create one dummy Facebook account in Indian origin and test what the algorithm recommends to this account. And the results are shocking ,they found that the dummy account get violence full post , softporn posts , hatefull speeches and videos to new feed of this account.
They concluded that the account which does not like or follow any post automatically get recommendations of softcore porn posts.
2) Facebook give importance to profit rather than peoples security :-
Researchers testify that some policies of Facebook changes recently and the algorithm pattern also changes due to which the fear of beauty is increases in the teen agers . The numbers of like and follows affects the overall mindset of teen-agers.
3) Facebook fails to flag Hindi and bengali Hateful content due it lacks Hindi , bengali classifiers :-
The content which produces in india having hatefull speeches cant be flaged by facebook as they lack that language classifiers. Facebook produces content in about 20 languages but they have language classifiers for only 5 language. Classifier are those peoples which reviews the post and remove hateful post or block account which produces hatefull and violent posts.
4) Partiality in Flaging and removing post in india :-
The report states that despite of being aware about the RSS promoted anti Muslim narratives the tech giant doesn't take any step againts it saying that the BJP and RSS are sensitive political parties and can affects the operation's of Facebook in india.

Due to similar situation in some countries i.e. due to the spread of violent posts many riots are takes place. Some examples are:-
1) Coup in myanmar
2) ethnic violence in Ethiopia
3) Capital riots in USA. Etc.
In the recent news the name of company of Facebook changes to "Meta" . The facebook bringing the metaverse version of facebook giving 3D effects to videos in facebook watch videos.
Beside this , the CEO of Facebook Mark Zuckerberg denies some allegations and accepts some of those..!!
